As long as you have resided in a group "Blue" country for the 14 days prior to arrival in Japan, you are eligible for quarantine free entry if you are on a tour.
At time of writing (20-Aug-2022) Japan is experiencing a massive explosion in Corona cases, upwards of 250,000 new cases per day.
There has been no announcement of the opening of the borders.
We do not see the borders opening to independent travelers in the near future, and it may not be until spring 2023 before people can visit.
The only tourists allowed into Japan are those on a "tour" organized by a licensed Japanese Travel Agent (which we are).
We can arrange package tours and tailormade tours. Package tours are listed on this site.
All tours currently require a tour conductor to escort guests from arrival in Japan to their departure from Japan.
Currently, Japan is only accepting foreign tourists who enter Japan as part of a tour. There is not currently no Visa free travel to Japan.
The only way to guarantee your snow vacation for the 2022-23 season is to take an tour arranged by a licensed Japanese Travel Agency.
The tour will still take place.
There will be a 10,000yen discount if we do not need to process Visa applications
Participants will have more freedom as they will not need to check in the tour conductor, and can travel independently in Japan before and after the tour.
Standard Cancellation fees will apply for those who wish to cancel the tour.
Each tour has a form at the bottom of the page. After submitting the form we will send you a link and details on how to pay the deposit. Your seat is only guaranteed once the deposit has been paid.
