As this type of package is not reliant on your flight status, we can give you exact times and platform info right from the get go.

The DIY package. With our basic package, your tickets will be waiting for you at the reception counter of your hotel. They will be handed to you when you check in.
The package will include at tickets, with instructions on using them.
You make your own way to Tokyo Station (or Ueno Station) and board the trains by yourself. At Nagano Station you make your own transfer to the shuttle to Hakuba Valley.
On arrival in Hakuba Valley you have the option of making your own way to your accommodation, or using our drop off service.

With our platinum packages, our guide will meet you at an appointed time in your hotel lobby.
They will then escort you by train or subway to Tokyo Station or Ueno Station and assist you on getting to the correct train.
This is an ideal option for those first timers, those traveling with little ones, and larger groups.

Our guide will meet you in your hotel lobby at an appointed time, and not only will our guide escort you all the way to Nagano Station (managing the transfers at both Tokyo and Nagano for you), but you will also have a private transfer from Nagano Station to your accommodation in Hakuba.
This is by far the fastest option available as you minimize transfer times and can move faster under the guides directions.
It also means you’ll be dropped off right at the front door of your accommodation.
