Getting from Nagano Station to Hakuba Valley h1>

长野是往来白马山麓的主要出入口，大多数的游客也会经由长野前往白马。

从白马沿著奥林匹克道路(Olympic Road)向东行约40公里即可抵达长野。

While there is a train route via Matsumoto (as many online navigation systems will direct you to), this is NOT the best option, taking at least 3 times longer than the bus.

长野站是个满新的车站，而且内部并不复杂。

There are 2 entrances / exits to the terminal – Zenkoji (West) Exit, and Higashi (East) Exit. There is a link concourse that runs between the exits.

除了JR铁路，信浓铁道(可往轻井泽、妙高高原方向)、长野电铁(可前往雪猴公园方向)也都会在长野站做停靠。信浓铁路和JR线共用铁道月台，而长野电铁则有自己的地下月台。

新干线没有和JR线、信浓铁路共用验票闸口，但两个站内大厅之间设有转乘闸口可以互通。

大多数旅客会搭乘新干线到此转接巴士。
